Ahron’s classic fairy tale, Cristol’s Pilots Behind the Curtain.

Part One

Ahron Jay Cristol as has been mentioned before and declared himself a scholar and an expert on the attack of the USS Liberty. He says so many times….so many times in fact that you wonder who is he trying to convince.

No one but himself it appears. The guy is a real boob and this next version of The Comedy of A. Jay Cristol is as far fetched as they come. There is so much nonsense in his The Official USS Liberty Apologist Manual aka “The Liberty Incident” but this one episode takes the cake. Anybody in the know is aware of his continual claims of 13 investigations on the USS Liberty.  Such crap that you realize now why his out of print book was in the dollar mark down bin in the first place or the recycle bin.  Doesn’t speak very well for his university dissertation review either then again who really respects a quickie  Ph’D dissertation in Miami?  After all, a real dissertation first act is a review of the the facts so somebody was asleep or Cristol got what he paid for.

“EXPERT”, please…I think not.  What a joke,  even the Jewish Virtual Library on the web (The grade A+ TEAM ISRAEL forum on the web won’t even subscribe to Ahron’s 13 investigations, they list 11   and they use him as their source!  It’s comedy gold.)

Moms were right all along, don’t lie because you have to remember them if you do.  Israel and the US Govt and the Liberty apologists never even tried.

Back to the man behind the curtain. Ahron claims that a now ‘disappeared”, “mysterious”, “unexplained” Congressional investigation took place where US officials questioned the three surviving Israel pilots who participated in the attack and they were separated by a curtain to protect their identity!! Who doesn’t love the Wizard of Oz and Frank Morgan pulling the levers and warning us  to ignore the man behind the curtain. I guess our esteemed “fighter pilot” and bankruptcy judge, Liberty apologist/expert misunderstood that part.

James M. Ennes Jr. definitive and brilliant 1979  “Assault on the Liberty”  (still in print and updated after 30+ years) rocked the “offical boat” and needed a refutation so “Top Gun Ahron” pulls one out of his ass.

“in 1979 the Liberty incident founds its way to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.  The chairman of the committee was Birch Bayh of Indiana; the vice chairman was Barry Goldwater of Arizona.  The committee began an investigation by sending staff members to Israel to take testimony and collect material provided by the Israel Air Force and Navy.  The investigators were permitted to interview the pilots who attacked the Liberty. The pilots sat behind a sheet or screen so the could not be identified by the investigators.  ”

Nothing else is ever mentioned about its substance  what was asked or determined or concluded.  It “disappeared” and they call pr0-USS Liberty adherents “conspiracy theorists.”   Cristol claimed that Adlai Stevenson III has no memory of such and investigation in his footnotes. Ahron claimes there is no “institutional memory” of it.  Why?  Because it never happened.  It’s a lie.  It’s bullshit by a very dishonest and disloyal man lacking integrity except that Ahron states everybody in Israel says it happened or “remembers it” according to ‘Top Gun”.

Only the Israel First, the Liberty apologists, the dual loyal, the US Congress and every President since 1967 would believe this steaming pile or be that gullible.
