In Memory of the USS LIBERTY

1. 43 years ago today the Air and Naval forces of the Jewish State deliberately attacked the USS LIBERTY in international waters killing 34 Americans and wounding over 170 others. Today, June 8th, 2010, I am posting in their memory excerpts from the audio version of Phil Tourney’s book about that day and its aftermath entitled “What I Saw That Day.”
The sound quality of the clips is good, but the audio on the actual CD is better. The clips are brief, are not of the entire chapters, and do not bear the actual titles of the chapters themselves but reflect the content of each particular excerpt. Right click to download. Warning, your desire to learn the truth about that awful day is likely to increase dramatically if you listen to these.
B. Chap 8: Kidd Shows His True Colors
C. Chap 12: Kicking Ass in Malta
D. Chap 18: Lisa Tourney Learns the Truth
E. Chapter 21: I Never Promised You a Rose Garden
This blog is dedicated to all the men on that ship.
